Living the Dream
One of my friends got his comic book self-published and his first issue hit the shops this week. We met him up at the store today to show our support and buy our copies. It's nice to see someone do something like that and get a dream of his out there in the world. Got to say I admire that.

Ring Ring.
Had a weird encounter with a political surveyor tonight. I'm pretty wary of solicitors and usually don't answer the home phone cause no one important calls me there. But since it was later at night, when no self respecting solicitor would call, I decided to answer.

You have a package.
I love ordering something ahead of time and then randomly getting that message from Amazon that says 'your order has shipped' often followed pretty quickly with a 'you have a package'. After giggling at the inneundo of the latter phrase, I get to pick up my purchase and purloin it at my leisure. I love a package day!

Bags.
When I cut the grass on the weekend, I bag it and store it for trash day, but I never to seem to remember the night before. The problem with that is they come too early to do it the morning. So instead, when I do remember, I have several bags typically. To fix this, this week I did the grass the night before and just took the bags immediately, along with several bags I forgot from the week before of course...

Collecter's Edition
Normally I'm not inclined to pay extra for limited edition versions of games, but I must say that the new Little Big Planet 2 collecter's edition is pretty well-done. It contains spiffy 'game-ends', a plush sackboy, and lots of unlockable characters and skins. Well worth the extra bucks for that edition.
